1100 miles and....

ALOT of vomit! Sorry this is a graphic post but I have to tell it like it is. Our little Nathan is getting more and more sensitive in the car as he gets older. We traveled to Dillon, Montana to visit Grandma & Grandpa Snelders and then on to Helena to visit my brother Jer and his wife Tami and their kids. We were lucky on our drive Friday because it required only 1 pit stop near the craters of the moon. But we must have used up all our luck because Monday was NOT Nate's day. We had to stop 5 times!! After alot of wipes, one air freshener, a change of clothes (for Mom and Nate) and a diet 7-up we found out that if you stop putting food in ---it will stop coming out! Nathan was SO happy to see Mountain Home and know that we were getting back on a straight road that would lead to home! We had a blast with our families in Montana--thank you for showing us such a good time! We got to go to 2 easter egg hunts, play guitar hero-mario kart-bowling, play at the park, AND collect rocks and crystals! We had so much fun. We made memories to last a life time. And we would wade through "IT" all over again to be with the ones we love. Hopefully this post didn't leave anyone feeling sick! Happy Easter!

We had such a great time! You don't know how many times I just wish we could live just a little closer to Jer's family. We got a little closer at least to Grandma Gog in Montana but...well maybe someday. Bless you and thanks again for coming to see us!

Oh! I hear you! Hailey gets carsick too. Poor thing. We can't go on trips longer than two hours without taking something to throw up in. She's getting used to it, I think...which is sad. We just hand a bag back when she says it's time. I hadn't thought about not giving her food! Duh! 4 times on our trip to Utah. What was I thinking.

The rest of the trip looked like fun though. How are you feeling?

1100 miles of vomit . . . sounds like a blast!! That's definately going to make traveling by car a little more difficult!

Happy Easter. How did you drive 1100 miles in one weekend??? Did you hook up the Wii?

Poor Nate! It is awful to feel so ucky when everyone else is excited about going on a little vacation. Has Scott checked into the stock potential for Bonine. I remember thinking it was the wonder drug when Janelle was little. I even gave her one on the way to church. Of course, she slept through church, but I didn't have to stop at the KOA for a shower. Church was 15 miles away, but that was far enough to make her yak. You look like it was a fun time in Montana. So was Brittanie the photographer of the picature of Grandpa John and Grandma Bonnie? She was the only one missing so I assumed she was practicing her photo skills. Good Job, Brittanie. Now she is a dancer, photographer and straight A student to boot. So when am I going to get a picture with your little Nacho in it. I enlarge the pictures, but I still can't see anything. Send grandma a little peek. Love you all.
